Booking Process
Step 1:
Tell me your vision.
Once you submit an inquiry, I'll email you an in-depth pricing guide and we can schedule a phone call to go over the logistics and any questions you have. Once we both agree that we are a good fit, I'll send over your booking documents. All you need to do to complete the booking is sign your contract and pay your retainer fee.
Step 2:
We create something epic.
Once you are officially booked and scheduled, I will guide and assist you every step of the way. For wedding and elopement clients, my guidance will include creating a shot list based on your timeline and referring vendors who align with your vision. For other types of projects, my guidance will include advising on potential locations, suggesting ideas, and researching permit requirements.
Elopement or wedding?
What’s the difference?!
When you hear the word “elopement,” do you think of a quickie civil ceremony in a dimly-lit court room? A simple scroll through my Instagram will hopefully redefine your idea of what a modern-day elopement is truly about.
People elope for a ton of different reasons. For some, it’s wanting the focus to be solely on your and your soulmate. Often times, it’s seeking a unique and adventurous outdoor experience to begin your married lives together. In some cases, it’s reducing the overall amount of stress and hassle of throwing a big event. Whatever your reason is, elopements and intimate weddings can be catered to your exact needs and vision.
Genuine elopements typically only consist of you and your future spouse, a photographer, and an officiant. Some states even allow for couples to say their vows without an officiant present.
Intimate weddings (sometimes referred to as micro-weddings) can include up to 20 guests, not including any desired vendors. Most national parks and public areas can accommodate a group of this size, with the correct permits.
Traditional weddings can include anywhere from 20 to hundreds of guests, and typically take place at an insured venue.
No matter the size of your celebration, we want to be there to capture it for you.
